The 210 Festival Youth Program takes place on June 8-18, 2026, at the Edgewood Fine Arts Academy.
The Youth Program is open to Bexar County students ages 8–18 in violin, viola, cello, bass, piano and choir. We welcome young musicians with a wide range of musical backgrounds. Some students are just beginning their journey, while others arrive with years of experience, we meet them where they are.
No audition is required to apply, but applicants are encouraged to submit a video when available. This helps us better understand each student’s musical background and experience level. Complete beginners are welcome to submit a short video introducing themselves and sharing their name, age, and instrument of interest, along with a brief statement about why they would like to participate in the program. Students are placed in groups based on age, instrument, and experience level to ensure a supportive and meaningful learning experience. Festival ensembles may include beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level groups, as well as piano and choir offerings.
A $10 nonrefundable registration fee is required per applicant. Instruction, meals, and access to festival activities are covered, helping keep the program accessible to families.
